Kinji Sushi

Shaped by the Japanese name Kinji, meaning 'gold, precious, and prized,' the experience of elevated, simple dining creates a sense of underlying peace and luxury. Kinji Sushi is opening soon at the base of the River Run Gondola at Keystone, offering an authentic experience of raw forms and unexpected pairings.

The OZ team designed a space with meticulous attention to detail, unique organic finishes, and layers of craft and sophistication. Kinji will be an immersive experience with a chef's table, a sushi bar, and a private dining room that transports guests to an authentic experience away from the hustle of the mountain.
