Tavernetta Vail

Collaborating with Studio Collective, OZ reimagined the Four Seasons Vail restaurant space into Tavernetta Vail, an Italian-inspired dining destination infused with Vail’s alpine charm. The design balances refined luxury with inviting comfort, transitioning seamlessly from breakfast to dinner with year-round outdoor seating. A welcoming, intimate atmosphere was created with warm oak flooring, plaster walls, hand-painted motifs, and custom lighting. A multicolored marble bar anchors the space, while a rustic stone fireplace and reclaimed timber mantel add a tactile, Colorado-inspired touch. Outdoor fire pits and thoughtfully-designed patio seating connect restaurant guests to nature. The OZ + Studio Collective partnership ensured expert coordination and seamless execution, delivering a timeless, elegant space that celebrates the art of fine dining in the Rockies.
