North Wynkoop Masterplan

The North Wynkoop mixed-use masterplan at 4120 Brighton Blvd includes a visionary design and re-zoning effort of the six-block, 13-acre mixed-use project in the heart of RiNo. The area has been transformed into an active entertainment district, adding an anchor to the north end of Brighton Blvd and just south of the National Western Complex site. The North Wynkoop site is now home to Denver's incredible Mission Ballroom concert venue and a three-story building with office and retail space just south of it coming in a second phase.
