Bowers Residences at South City

The Bowers Residences at South City, located on a former granite mill site, are part of South Salt Lake's aggressive redevelopment effort. OZ designed the project to make a bold, colorful statement, blending premium materials with a vibrant palette and abundant natural light in shared spaces. Positioned in a walkable downtown, the residences are well-connected to local and regional public transit via new light rail and streetcar routes. The design aims to reweave the neighborhood’s urban fabric, fostering connection and movement while creating a timeless, enduring structure.
